I just wanted to show you all what my healthy breakfast looks like. I’m not a huge fan of eggs but I know they’re packed full of protein and they’re also low cal. Each egg white has only 17 calories. Turkey bacon is one of my new favorites. I like the Butterball brand. Each slice has only 25 calories. I have to admit that even turkey bacon has a lot of fat in it, but it’s fast, delicious, low cal, and I think it’s a great way to start the day.
I’m thinking about adding some healthy recipes in the future. What do you think? Is that something you’d be interested in reading?
