Candice Swanepoel’s Workout Regimen

I don’t know about you, but I am obsessed with the Victoria Secret’s model‘s bodies.  Of course, it’s their job to be flawless and then there’s the whole airbrushing and editing thing… but I figure, if we want to look like the pros, we have to work and eat like them.  This is how Candice Swanepoel gets her smoking bod.

  • 2 days on/1 day off

Focus should be on toning:

  • Lower Back
  • Hips
  • Butt
  • Balance
  • Stability

To burn calories she likes:

  • Jump roping
  • Boxing

When she’s having an off day she usually does yoga.

While watching her diet is difficult with her busy schedule and hectic travel plans, she tries to eat lean protein (like chicken, fish, and turkey) and lots of vegetables.  Soda is an absolute no-no.
